Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CET) on business days ship the same day from Berlin. Orders after 2:00 PM ship the next business day. The delivery usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on location. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.
Within Germany, delivery usually takes about 1–3 business days. For orders within the EU, shipping takes around 3–7 business days, while deliveries outside the EU typically require 4–10 business days, depending on customs clearance. You will receive all further shipping information, including your tracking number, directly by email once your order has been dispatched.
